Upphöja has a 30-day / full refund return or replacement policy.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product contact us at support@upphoja.shop  or (844) 44ELEV8 (443-5388) within 30 days of order. Tell us your name, email, date of purchase, and order number. 

Once we confirm your order, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Refund Policy
Upphöja will notify you of your return request status once we’ve received and inspected your return.  If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded for your order.  You will receive a notice of your refund.  Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.  It can take up to 10 working days.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact Upphöja immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.  Upphöja will examine the damage against the “Exceptions / non-returnable items” as defined below.  If the damage is a manufacturing defect you will be sent a replacement or refund per your request.  If the product can be repaired it will be repaired and donated to a non-profit charitable organization at Upphöja’s discretion.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
If it's determined that you, the customer, have damaged the product we will consider this item non-refundable.  You will be advised if the product is repairable.  If so, it will be repaired and returned.  Please allow 3-4 weeks.  

Defective Items After 30 Days

If your product is defective after 30 days time period Upphöja will repair and return.  If it is not repairable Upphöja will send a replacement.  You will not receive a replacement or refund if the product is damaged due to external factors.  In this case, the product can be repaired and returned, but you will be responsible for shipping cost for the return  If you do not want the return the product it will be repaired and donated to a non-profit charitable organization at Upphöja’s discretion.
 

Exchanges
If you are requesting a replacement and the return is approved a replacement will be shipped to the address provided on your original order.  If you'd like the replacement sent to a new address, please let us know immediately.

Shipping Policy
Upphöja offers free shipping to the United States.  Orders typically leave the warehouse the same day and will arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 5 working days.  Once your order is placed, you will receive a tracking number via email that will allow you to track your order.
